In addition to the experience of facilitating over $7 BILLION in aircraft transactions, three major elements of our operation give us a competitive advantage over other brokers: our in-house proprietary database, our specialized staff, and the fact that we are one of only a few firms that have the ability to facilitate trade-ins.
Over 20 years ago our firm commissioned a proprietary database to track aircraft transactions, contacts, and notations. in the majority of cases, the information we collect is from direct contact with the Principal or Broker. Our direct contact is on a regular basis and personal level. We currently have over 22,000 Companies, 49,000 Contacts and 19,000 email addresses in our proprietary database. Having real time, first hand information at our fingertips 24/7 allows us to maintain our competitive edge in this ever-changing market.
Our full time staff members are specialized in their functions. We have departments/staff dedicated to IT, Sales, Research, Maintenance Audit, and Marketing. We develop and maintain our own website, database, and intra/extranet. We have an open jet trading floor where information is shared immediately amongst the staff. All our marketing materials and advertisements are created in-house utilizing the latest technology, allowing us to tailor our marketing to each client.
