Part British excellence, part Italian fire, AgustaWestland is the entity formed by two former helicopter manufacturers from different corners of Europe. In 2001, Finmeccanica-owned Agusta merged with British manufacturer Westland Helicopters to form what would become a leader on the European market.

Today, Agusta continues to prove their longevity and versatility. The AW190 model is a living legend among lightweight helicopters, with a wide array of both commercial and military variants, proving to be a popular choice to this day. Few manufacturers enjoy such success with a model that essentially is almost 40 years old – with a few modifications here and there, of course.
