You are checking out one cool muscle car! This 1970 Pontiac GTO Convertible has always been well cared for. It has never been raced or wrecked and it receives all tune ups and fluid changes. It is used for shows only and is stored indoors when not in use. The car is a Triple Black Judge Tribute car that began its life as a LeMans. But it now is all GTO. This rare color combo is one of the coolest looking GTO's made. The car is coated in Black paint that shines like a mirror in the sunlight. The three coats of Black PPG paint are deep under three layers of urethane clear coating. It was then color sanded and buffed to perfection. All panels fit perfectly and are laser straight. When the car underwent a rotisserie restoration in 2006 it was completely stripped to bare metal so you can be sure there is no hidden rust or body damage. The chassis has approximately 31,000 miles on it with only 5,500 miles on the motor. The 455 V8 runs strong and is the correct engine for this car. The engine was built with bronze valve guides and will run on mid-grade pump gasoline. The Edelbrock intake manifold is topped with a perfectly tuned Edelbrock carburetor. The V8 mates up perfectly to the smooth shifting Turbo 350 transmission (with mild shift kit). The 10 bolt rear end was updated with 3:73 gears and a new positrac unit. All of the bearings and seals were replaced. The new Magnaflow exhaust with exhaust tips make this car sound amazing. It has a perfect tone. The power steering and power brakes make driving the car even more enjoyable. The interior is completely brand new (including carpet). It was done in black and is very comfortable. The new walnut steering wheel looks right at home and is still in perfect condition. The new convertible top looks great and operates just as it should. On top of that the boot cover, seals, weather stripping, trim, and rubber gaskets have all been replaced to eliminate any squeaking or wind noise. This is a factory AC car and the system has been completely rebuilt to provide that cold air you need during the dog days of summer. This is a great car that has no problems. Everything is very solid and all fits perfectly. The text and pictures don't do the finish justice because it is truly amazing.
