The Austin Parker 72 is the top of the range that recalls the classic "Main Lobster boat"...in a lobster boat that is 72' feet in length!

The well balanced, attractive lines incorporate the Flying Bridge with an elegance that conceals its size; yet it accommodates not only a double Helm seat but also a C-shaped four seater sofa and a large Sun Deck.

The Cockpit is also exceptionally spacious, with a large Dining table that seats eight guests and a large sofa underneath the overhead of the long, low Coach roof.

Another distinctive feature of the Austin Parker 72 is the typical "Mast" carrying the antennas and the radar instead of the usual radar arch.

The Engine Room (protected by an airtight door) is another technological gem, equipped and designed to simplify inspections and maintenance.

Succeeding the popular Predator 72, the Predator 74 introduces increased interior volume and extended application with the exciting new option of a sports flybridge. At a size appropriate to crewed or owner-driver operation, the Predator 74 offers a flexible accommodation plan with not just the option of a two-berth crew cabin aft - which by clever design retains a tender garage below but the choice of a lower deck saloon or fourth sleeping cabin. On a more inclusive (or occassionaly) crewed version, this would leave extra space in the garage for additional jet rib and toys.

Carver CPMY is a great family boat to enjoy cruising the waterways or taking a trip to the Bahamas. The interior layout is one of Carver's all time best configurations, it is spacious and includes all the comforts of home. This vessel is clean and well maintained.

The interior layout is one of Carver's all time best configurations, it is spacious and includes all the comforts of home.The salon is "full beam" with great headroom, beautiful Cherry Woods that are enhanced by natural light from her expansive windows. Galley is down and forward is the VIP Stateroom featuring a queen size bertand continuing on aft is the Master stateroom with en-suite head and door leading out to the cockpit.This vessel is clean and well maintained.

The layout gives this particular vessel an absolutely user friendly accommodation area plus the

asthetic looks of a 100 footer.

Entering the full beam salon, one is astounded by the room. A baby grand piano sits opposite a dining table for eight. An icemaker with sink and bar storage is opposite the dining table. Glass and dish storage in cabinets. Two large couches (port and starboard) with respective end tables and lamps. One end table houses a pop-up TV.

Just aft of main entry foyer and to starboard is the working galley with a full array of appliances and double basin sink.

The spacious master stateroom is full beam with a king size bed amidship. Multiple cabinetry to port and starboard with a pop-up TV built into the cabinetry. There is a ladies vanity with seat. Also has VCR and stereo with CD player. The master head features a jacuzzi tub with shower. Opposite the head is a large walk-in cedar closet.

On the lower house, the forward stateroom is a queen berth centerline with multiple cabinetry port and starboard. Full head with shower. TV; VCR and stereo with CD player.

Amidship are two duplicated staterooms with 3/4 berths and a full head and shower. One stateroom has a criss-cross single.

The large and spacious crew accomodations include two staterooms, head, and shower; Complete galley, dinette and washer/dryer; access to generators and engine room.

The Pilothouse features a full array of electronics and controls plus a large L-shaped seating area with built-in end tables. Aft of the enclosed pilothouse is a sundeck with built in Jennair grill, refrigerator, four chairs, table, bar, and icemaker with sink and storage cabinets.

The large teak aft deck area can be either fully opened or enclosed with a soft eisenglass enclosure. There is aft deck seating, plenty of room for an aft deck dining table, aft deck controls, and the entrance to the crew quarters and engine room. The swim platform is accessed by either of two spiral staircases.

One can enter either side of the main deck (port and starboard) where you'll find a great seating area to enjoy the view while the vessel is running or at berth. There is a built-in deck, L-shaped couch, and a bench seating area. Just aft and to starboard is the working galley with a full array of appliances and double basin sink. Opposite and to port is the day head. Note the interior is rich with a maple and birch complemented by beautiful fabrics and wall coverings.
